ILCAR Food product line is natural and chemical-free, rich in antioxidants and minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium and A, B, C, E vitamins: carob is the only ingredient in our products. Everyone can make tasty creative recipes with powder, syrup and carob molasses. Our products are intended for those who are intolerant to gluten and who are diabetic because they are gluten-free and have low glycemic index, but also for sports nutrition because fat-free.

For the realization of carob syrup and molasses, we opted for vacuum cooking. A technique that, compared to traditional cooking, allows it to reach the desired concentration while remaining at a lower temperature. This allows us to preserve the aromatic and organoleptic components of the carob, resulting in a high-profile, qualitatively better product. The products are gluten-free and allergen-free.
